More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.

Also included in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.

More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
